Abstract
A four part interview series that offers a rare insight into the thoughts, opinions, dreams and aspirations of four supporting players in Singapore's history. Ngiam Tong Dow has been described as having a "brilliant and restless mind." The career civil servant has served for four decades as chairman for some of Singapore's most influential and crucial statutory boards, including the Economic Development Board, the Central Provident Fund and the Housing Development Board. In recent years, he has turned his critical eye on Singapore. In the interview, Mr Ngiam reveals what he thinks is right nad wrong with the way Singapore's policies are made.
