The LLiBrary is a collaboration between the National Library Board and SkillsFuture Singapore. Spanning over 830 square metres of indoor and outdoor spaces, The LLiBrary is open to public and offers a wealth of resources specially curated for working adults.

Library members may return books borrowed from The LLiBrary at any public library, and vice versa. They may also reserve The LLiBrary's materials via the NLB catalogue and collect them from any public library, except library@chinatown.
