This 2008 photograph depicts the Victoria Theatre (formerly known as Town Hall) and Victoria Concert Hall (formerly known as Victoria Memorial Hall), which was gazetted as a national monument on 14 February 1992. Victoria Theatre, the distinctive clock tower and the bronze statue of Sir Stamford Raffles can be seen in the middle of the image, while Victoria Concert Hall is partially obscured by trees. Coloured banners are also seen adorning the walls of the theatre and concert hall. Title devised by Library staff. Date of creation estimated.
