This is a photograph showing a cityscape view of the then, newly built Raffles City and the surrounding area. Other prominent landmarks include War Memorial Park, Saint Andrew's Cathedral, OUB (Overseas Union Bank) Centre, OCBC (Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation) Centre and City Telecoms Centre (known today as the Pickering Operations Complex). Land reclamation of the Marina Bay area can also be seen on the left. Title devised by Library staff.
