This is the third movement of Leong Yoon Pin’s work, Second Symphony, which was premiered in 1979 by the Metro Philharmonic Society's chorus and orchestra. It is based on the poetic sentiments of the well- known poet, Li-Bo. It attempts to express two contrasting moods - happiness and sorrow.
