This is a view of the twin condominium blocks of Emerald Park at Indus Road towering over Kim Seng Community Centre (foreground) at Havelock Road. On the extreme right foreground is a partial view of the Jalan Besar Town Council. The Centre was built in 1980 and renovated in 1994. Title devised by Library staff.
