This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Professor Bill Lim Biu Pui, Head of the Department of Building Science (Dec 1971-1972) and later Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Building at the University of Singapore and later the National University of Singapore (May 1972-1985). He was Committee Member of the Singapore Institute of Planners (1980); and Deputy Chairman of the Preservation of Monuments Board (1980-1985). Title devised by Library staff.
