This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Brigadier-General Lim Kim Choon (林金春), a fighter pilot and later Chief of Air Force of the Republic of Singapore Air Force from April 2001 to March 2006. He was a student at Raffles Institution; SAF Scholar; Head of Air Intelligence (Mar 1989-May 1991, Jul 1992-Nov 1993); Head of Air Operations (Mar 1995-Mar 1997, Apr 1998-Mar 2001); the tenth Commander of Tengah Air Base (Apr 1997-Apr 1998); Chief of Air Staff (Air Staff) (Jul 1998-Mar 2001); and Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (2007-2009). He received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) (Military) in 1996 and the Public Administration Medal (Gold) (Military) in 2003. Title devised by Library staff.
