This is a photograph showing a game of rugby being played at the Padang with the Raffles City area as a backdrop. Set against the city skyline is the spire of St. Andrew's Cathedral on the left and the Raffles City Shopping and Convention Centre, Westin Plaza (now known as Fairmont Singapore) and Westin Stamford (now known as Swissotel the Stamford) on the right.
