This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Yong Yit Lin, a Hakka businessman who founded Woh Hup Pte Ltd, a building and civil engineering company, in 1927. He was Vice-President (1946-1947) and President of Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce (1948-1949). Title devised by Library staff.
