This is a scale model of the three-storey Toa Payoh Polyclinic at 2003, Lorong 8 Toa Payoh . Housed on the third floor is the first Senior Citizens' Health Care Centre run by Home Nursing Foundation. The clinic was declared open by Mr. Yeo Cheow Tong, Acting Minister for Health and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, on 25 June 1988. Title devised by Library staff.
