This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Johnny Moo alias John Moo Kwee Chong, founder and Managing Director of the Computer Systems Adviser and later CSA Holdings Limited from 1970 to 2002. He was Member of the Singapore National Computer Board (1981-1982, 1986-1989); and Chairman of the Singapore Federation of the Computer Industry (1982-1983, 1986-1987).
