Information About

This 1984 photograph depicts a few of the shophouses located within the stretch of shophouses at Kampong Kapor Road, at the corner of Rowell Road. The building is a typical two-storey building of terraced shophouses, supported by columns and pilasters. Canvas awnings shield the shops located on the lower floor from the sun and the rain. The upper floors feature louvred wooden windows. Kampong Kapor and Rowell road are located within the vicinity of Little India. Title devised by Library staff.
