This is a 1982 photograph showing shophouse no. 23 Hamilton Road. It is a two-storey building, with vehicles parked outside. Hamilton Road is named after Sir Ian Standish Hamilton, a General in the Afghan, Boer and World War I Callipoli campaign and a Lieutenant of the Tower of London. Title devised by Library staff.
