This is a rear view of Yuan Ching Secondary School (耘青中学) at 103, Yuan Ching Road. The school was established in January 1978, and was declared open by Mr. Ho Kah Leong, Member of Parliament for Jurong, on 28 August 1980. The old school building was demolished and completely rebuilt under the Ministry of Education PRIME Project from 2006 to 2009. Past principals include Mr. Chou We Chuan (1978-1980); Madam Lau Kan How (1992-1994); Miss Chong Hoi Neng (Dec 1998-Dec 2004); Mr. Chia Chor Yann (谢卓雁, Dec 2004-Dec 2010); and Mrs. Saraspathy Menon (Dec 2010-to date).
