8th URA sale P11, Landmark Tower [proposed residential high-rise development for orchard landmark] : section plan of apartment tower and its lower floors

This photograph shows a section plan of the Landmark Tower condominium on Chin Swee Road. The units are housed from the first to 35th storey of the apartment tower, and the lower floors house the clubhouse, office and lobby. Also shown is the 3-storey covered carpark on the left of the tower. At the bottom of the photograph is "P11" with an URA logo, which represents land parcel 11 sold by the URA for its urban rejuvenation. The logo of the design architect, Timothy Seow and Partners, is at the right bottom corner. The development was completed in 1985. It was sold en bloc in 2018 and demolished in 2020.
