This 2009 photograph shows Moral Seniors Activity Centre (MacPherson), located at 90 Pipit Road. Established on 1 October 1994, it was a joint project between Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society; the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS); and the Housing and Development Board (HDB) to improve living conditions of the low-income elderly residing in HDB rental flats.
