This is a photograph of a view of the 22-storey National Development Building at Maxwell Road. It was the headquarters of the Ministry of Law and National Development and the Housing and Development Board. Also known as Ministry of National Development or MND Building, it was completed in 1969. On the left foreground is Nehsons Building along Peck Seah Street. On the right is 50-storey International Plaza at the corner of Anson Road and Choon Guan Street. Title devised by Library staff.
