"This photograph was taken on the morning of 19 April 2020 during the COVID-19 Circuit Breaker. The entrance to Toa Payoh Seu Teck Sean Tong (修德善堂) has been cordoned off. All places of worship were closed as part of measures to contain the spread of COVID-19."--Contributed by Tay Pei Lin, as part of the "Documenting COVID-19 in Singapore" collection community call.
