This is an aerial view of Jurong Industrial Park, Singapore's first industrial park, began operations in 1962. The Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) was responsible for the completion of the industrial park. The JTC was formed in 1968 to oversee the planning, development and management of all industrial estates in Singapore. This photograph shows some of the factories and the lake in the park.
