Information About

This is a close-up of a bunch of blue pea flowers in a trough. The blue pea flower is used as a food dye in nonya cakes. Also known as Pigeon Wings, its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. It is also called Bunga Telang, Bunga Biru or Kachang Telang in Malay. Title devised by Library staff.
