This is a view of the classroom block of Parry Secondary School (培立中学) at Parry Avenue. The school at Parry Avenue was established on 3 January 1967. It was declared open by Mr. Sia Kah Hui, Parliamentary Secretary for Labour, on 3 July 1968. In January 1984, it merged with Hwi Yoh Secondary School (established in 1968 at Jalan Hwi Yoh) to form Peicai Secondary School and operating at Jalan Hwi Yoh. By the 1980s, the school address was changed to 21, Serangoon North Avenue 1. In the 2000s, Peicai Secondary School was relocated to 10, Serangoon Avenue 4. Past principal of Parry Secondary School include Mr. Chin Boon Kwong (1970-1972); and Madam Kang Swee Chin (Acting, 1981). Past principals of Peicai Secondary School include Mr. Cheong Heng Yuen (1985-1989); Mrs. Song Geok Hua (1991-1994); Mrs. Feng Moh Cheng (2003-2007); and Mr. Mohamed Razali bin Abdul Hamed (Dec 2007-to date).
