This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Peter Lim Kwang Meng, Assistant Superintendent of Police in Singapore Police Force, Ministry of Home Affairs (1989). He became Chief Investigation Officer at Clementi Police Station (1989); Head of Specialised Crime Division of Criminal Investigation Department (1995); Commander of Bedok Police Division Headquarters (1998-2003); and Commandant of School of Criminal Investigation (2003). He was also conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 1999 National Day Awards. Title devised by Library staff.
