This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Reverend Dr. Louis Tay, Vicar of St. Hilda's Church (Aug 1981-1985). He was Deacon (Oct 1976-1977) and later Priest-in-Charge of Church of the Good Shepherd (1978-1979); Vicar (1986-1991) and later Associate Vicar of St. Andrew's Cathedral (Mar 2007-to date); and Brigade Chaplain of Boys' Brigade (2006-2009).
