Information About
This 1992 photograph depicts Coleman Street, towards Hill Street and the shops opposite Peninsula Hotel. Rows of low-rise buildings line both sides of the street. Coleman Street was named after Irish architect, George Drumgoole Coleman, who was Singapore's first Superintendent of Public Works from 1833 to 1841. Title devised by Library staff.
