This picture depicts the façade of the three-storey Hon Sui Sen Memorial Library that serves students of the Faculty of Business Administration in the National University of Singapore. The library is named in memory of Mr. Hon Sui Seng, Singapore's Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Havelock Constituency. Title devised by Library staff.
