This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Raymon Huang Thien Hui, International Director of Southeast Asia Region, International Association of Y's Men's Club of Singapore in 1968. He was a student at Serangoon English School and Raffles Institution; a teacher at Rangoon Road School (1949-1951); Committee Member of Children's Charities Association (1969-1972); Council Member of Singapore Cancer Society (1969-1970); Chairman of Board of Film Censors (1961-1971); Commercial Manager of Broadcasting Department, Radio and Television Singapore (1975-1979); Commercial Manager (1980) and Director of Programmes (Radio) at Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (1981); and President of Rotary Club. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 1979. His wife, Mrs. Jessie Huang-Lim Lan Neo, was a teacher at Anthony Road Girls' School (1961); and Principal of Braddell Rise School (1985). Title devised by Library staff.
