Miss Joscelin Yeo Wei Ling, holding a Singapore national flag pennant. She won a total of 40 gold medals in the SEA Games between 1993 and 2005. She was the winner of the Sportsgirl of the Year in 1994, and won the Sportwoman of the Year three times: 1993, 1995 and 1999. The award was conferred by the Singapore Sports Council for her achievements in the swimming events. She became a Nominated Member of Parliament in 2009. Title devised by Library staff.
