She declared open the new wing and extensions of the Home. Attending the tea party are Mrs. S. Gabian (extreme left), Administrative Officer, and Mrs. P.K. Baker (third from right), Honorary Almoner of the Home. Puan Noor Aishah's husband, Mr. Yusof Ishak (Yang di-Pertuan Negara or Head of State of Singapore), was Patron of SCS from 1960 to 1970.
