This 1995 photograph shows the Union Farm Eating House, at 435A Clementi Road. This is a Chinese restaurant that is well-known for its Paper Wrapped Chicken dish. Before Clementi Road was widened and the town was developed, Union Farm even had its own farm on this location which reared chickens and grew fruit trees for its dishes and desserts.
