This 1993 photograph shows the Spring Grove condominium, located at Grange Road. Spring Grove was initially a two-storey pre-1868 Victorian bungalow, belonging to Hoo Ah Kay before it was integrated into a condominium. Spring Grove, and the road surrounding it, is under the Urban Redevelopment Authority's conservation scheme since 1991. Title devised by Library staff.
