This is a half-length portrait of Mr. Teo Ming Kian, a veteran civil servant who served as Permanent Secretary(Defence Development) in 1994. He was Permanent Secretary(National Research and Development) in the Prime Minister's Office from 2006 to 2011, and Chairman of Economic and Development Board from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Lim currently serves on the board of several organisations including MediaCorp Pte Ltd. He received the Singapore government's Public Administration Medal (Gold) in 1993 and Meritorious Service Medal in 2008. Title devised by Library staff.
