This is a report of the proceedings of the fourth conference in the series of Singapore Conferences on International Business Law, organized by the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore. Part I discussed legal problems raised by the use of modern banking facilities, in particular those involving currency transactions. Part II examined corporate finance, reorganization and insolvency. Part III covered conflict of laws issues raised by the extraterritorial aspects of the banking and corporate financial operations, and Part IV introduced an ASEAN dimension by looking at special problems arising in the region.
