Schools saving scheme (Chiang Teck School)

Information About

This is the front and back views of 4 identical stamp cards, with "Chiang Teck School" stamped on the front for the first 3 cards. The stamp cards were issued by Postal Savings Bank (now Postal Office Savings Bank or POSB) between 1969-1971 to cultivate thrift in students and encourage them to save with the bank, as part of the National School Savings Scheme. Students save by purchasing stamps to paste onto the printed squares on the stamp card. When completed, the card can be handed over to the bank as a form of deposit.
