Written in verse, this collection is a peculiar look at ordinary Singapore things. Sometimes sad, but most of the time mad, It comprises 16 stories, all written by a Singaporean author and illustrated by a Malaysian artist. It steadfastly hangs onto the notion that the most unremarkable of things can seem more interesting with a few well-chosen words and beautifully-conceptualised illustrations.
