Information About

Jamshed and Parvati Fozdar pioneered the spread of the Bahai religion in Sarawak during their stay from 23 May 1951 to 5 September 1953. The new Bahai religion and its activities generated a lot of interest and there were public debates in the Sarawak Tribune and the Utusan Sarawak regarding the teachings of Bahai and Islam. This is a collection of newspaper reports and magazine articles as well as speeches, comments, messages, articles and letters by Jamshed Fozdar. Included are many photographs of the Fozdars, their family and friends and activities of the Bahai community such as its 50th anniverary celebrations in 2001.
